this would make such an amazing textile piece.
all the embroidery fror the trunk/branches and feathers in for the bird.
stuff the underside of hte bird to bring it out of the fabric.
Id even felt or silk ribbon for the petals.
Glass beads.
Browns and greens for the trunk/branches.
or even leave black, colouring the birds underside before the feathers to make it stand out.
